The Wedding (vivaha) ceremony is one of the most important religious events (samskaras) rites of passage in ones life. Bhaktivedanta Manor, with its lakeside Tudor Mansion set a amidst delightful gardens in the rolling Hertfordshire countryside, is home to presiding deities Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda, and Lord Krishna’s home is a wonderful setting for this most memorable occasion.
Bhaktivedanta Manor has been successfully conducting wedding ceremonies for 20 years. It offers a comprehensive service including:
Volunteering
Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays – sometimes other days of the week
Setting up the temple room and clearing away the wedding mandap
Setting up and clearing away the prasadam room – tables, chairs, laying tables
Assist cooks with preparing wedding feast Prasadam
Hosts (assist prasadam transfers to and from the kitchen, serving prasadam & guiding the wedding guests)
